Fabulous Choice for anyone wanting to stay in a clean, friendly & affordable hotel! The beds are super comfortable! The hotel outside and inside is cleaned and well maintained! There is icebox and microwave in room! Huge bathroom and ceiling fan in the room! The hotel is seriously right close to the beach! The free breakfast is absolutely amazing and the pool is maintained and cleaned throughout the day! Thank You Again Ms. Pam and her little fur baby CiCi and to Mr. Rafael! We can not stop telling all our friends about your amazing hotel! We didn’t have to ask for towels nor toilet paper! The room was clean and cool upon arrival and the southern hospitality was just unbelievable! We will definitely return because of the phenomenal service we received while during our stay here at your hotel! Thank you The Stevenson’s
Been here at least 2 times in the past 10 years. It's a great location on the island, walking distance to restaurants, bars, CVS, bagel shop, etc. Rooms a little run down (minor issues in flooring, wall, etc.) but it's at a great price. If I was expecting big hotel quality rooms one night would have cost what my whole 2 night king suite stay did. Hot tub was really enjoyable and the bed was soft! Also got breakfast one morning but the only thing there was waffles- on another day there was a full spread of breakfast items.
Okay so I can honestly say I was a little nervous due to reading reviews but I can say this my husband and I stay in the king suite with a jacuzzi was super comfortable! The bed was clean and comfortable. The restroom was clean! Some towels did have little stains we didn’t use them but overall the room was great clean and huge! So the only issues that bothered us was the tv. Was super old if it was like the very first flat screens that came out. Only 4 channels and were grainy. Also parking at night was horrendous. Night club had small parking lot and people decided to use hotel parking lot which was annoying and frustrating. Front desk staff were so sweet!
Jenny is amazing! She was so understand and accommodating! We asked her to change our sheets and she took care of it right away. The room was very spacious and clean, we love the hot tub being in the room as well. 10/10 for cleanliness and customer service. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a good price and great stay in south padre
Very spacious rooms! Great price and it had a kitchenette and small dinning table. It was clean and pool was amazing. They also have movie nights at the pool which is a nice plus. The only thing I did not like was that the carpet and one elevator had a very funky smell.
So , we literally just checked in about 2 hours ago ( early, which was a nice accommodation), I work in hospitality and know first hand how difficult accommodating that can be. We booked this hotel last min for our 5 year wedding anniversary and we are pretty happy so far! The room is exactly what we expected but better given all the recent reviews I read. Our room is clean and no roaches in sight. The air conditioner is freezing cold( nice on this humid day) TV works great, wifi is decent and pool is nice! I will update upon leaving this weekend, but I highly recommend this hotel. I am pretty picky ,but the price is great, location is great and the front desk ladies were super nice!!! Glad I didn't listen to the reviews! I only gave it a 4 because it's our first night .
Me and my wife have been coming here for two vacations now. I love the location because they're close to a beach access and it's walking distance and everything is relatively close by. I love the staff. They're courteous and nice. I really appreciate the manager and how helpful she is with everything and how comfortable she made us feel and she's great with working out things out for us and accommodating accordingly with our needs. I really can't help but appreciate a great comfortable place like this! We'll be back soon!!!
The staff was amazing! Great recommendations around the island. Our room was huge. The beds were very comfortable. Our only issue was the AC leaked. Gorgeous views from the balcony. Great location to the beach access. Overall experience was amazing.
